Date of documents verification and signing admission register of newly admitted students in class 6
Only one of the parents (father or mother) along with child must come.
Requirements: -
1. Two passport size photographs of child
2. Two passport size photographs of child along
with parents
3. Original transfer certificate
4. Medical certificate for verification (doctor &
form will be available in the school)
5. Undertaking by the parents. (form will be
available in the school)
6. Photo copy of the report card of the previous
class.
